Report Writer – Beginners Guide

Case Management Supervisors, System Supervisors and Report Writers

Osprey Approach has its own report writing software which can be used to create your own custom reports. To use the report writer your Osprey user must be linked to the Supervisor access template, and you will need permissions on your local machine to enable installation of the report writer software. Please click on the links below for further information.

Report Writer Checklist – please follow this prior to booking in any report writer training, as failure to do so may result in an unsatisfactory training experience.

Check your access rights prior to creating reports – if you don’t have the requisite access in Osprey, several crucial areas of the software may not be visible.

If you wish to create your first report during training, please ensure that you have first filled in and returned the Osprey Approach Report Specification Form to our support team. Our team will ensure that a data set is created prior to the training being booked in which you can use to create your report.
