Using Osprey

Learn how to use Osprey to manage your day-to-day operations and processes

You may take advantage of the Dossier, which gives you the ability to create your own fields to store information.

The following are methods to enter and save information to the Dossier

Client Extension

You may create Client Extensions which can be filled in when adding a new or editing an existing client, navigate to Client/Matters > Client Details

and choose New Client or Edit Client

You will then be presented with the Client Details screen at the bottom of which is the Client Extension

This section contains fields from several Client Level Dossier pages

Enter the details as relevant, and then click Save

Matter Extension

You may create Matter Extensions which can be filled in when adding a new or editing an existing matter, navigate to Client/Matter and choose either Add or Edit Matter

You will then be presented with the Matter Details screen at the bottom of which is the Matter Extension

This section contains fields from several Matter Level Dossier pages

Click Save when you are finished

Opening the Dossier

navigate to Client/Matter and then either Client Details > Dossier Client Level or simply Dossier Matter Level

Select a Dossier Page
Make the necessary change and select Save

Questionnaires

You may also create workflows to enter and save your information, when you run workflows you can fill in questionnaires,

Navigate to Case Management > Workflows
Run a task containing an Allocate a Custom Questionnaire action
Complete the questionnaire clicking the down arrow to continue
At end click Submit to save the information.
