Check that each of the following are set up correctly for the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"h2 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ensure your matter has a UFN<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, ensure that you have selected matter type Legal Aid along with the appropriate Franchise Category. If the matter you expect to see doesn&#8217;t appear, check the matter details.
