This can include incorrect figures on screens and\/or reports, or other error messages to appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-info wp-block-paragraph\">Before doing clearing your temporary files you must ensure all browser windows are closed. These should also be removed to ensure the smooth running of Osprey Approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Navigate to your local files on your computer. If you don&#8217;t know how to access these you can do the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hold down the Windows Key on the keyboard and select the \u2018R\u2019 key to bring up the \u2018Run\u2019 box. Enter <strong>%temp%<\/strong> in the \u2018Open\u2019 box and click \u2018OK\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">File explorer will open to a folder named \u2018Temp\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"355\" height=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/image-58.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1941\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/image-58.png 355w, https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/09\/image-58-300x14.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 355px) 100vw, 355px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This contains all of the temporary files saved locally on your machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To clear these, hold down the \u2018Ctrl\u2019 key and then click the \u2018A\u2019 key on your keyboard to highlight all of the files.
