For example, you may create a view which simply shows appointments happening in a particular location, but the general principle would be the same for any view type.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open your calendar in Outlook, then click the \u2018Views\u2019 tab. You will have an icon named \u2018Change View\u2019. On the \u2018Advanced\u2019 tab, click the \u2018Field\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under Define More Criteria. To use the new view, click the \u2018View\u2019 tab in your Outlook calendar and select \u2018Change View\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will see that the new calendar is present here.
