Select an appropriate one, for example \u2018From people or public group\u2019, which will allow you to select a certain email address or group. You may choose more than one condition if you wish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once selected, under the \u2018Step 2\u2019\nheading, you may click on the underlined blue text and add your details in\nhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select the \u2018People or public group\u2019 text to bring up your\nOutlook address book. Select the person or group that you wish to set the rule\nfor and double left-click the mouse to add them. Select \u2018Next\u2019 again and you will now be asked to choose any exceptions. Again, you may select as many as you wish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select \u2018Next\u2019 and you will now be able to complete the rule setup.
