button.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"68\" height=\"39\" src=\"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/image-354.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-67089\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From here you can then print out this using Ctrl + P to bring up standard print options in either of the formats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As previously mentioned the report can be exported to produce different file types, the export option is located at the top right hand corner of the Report Viewer window.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"547\" height=\"43\" src=\"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/image-355.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-67090\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/image-355.png 547w, https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/05\/image-355-300x24.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 547px) 100vw, 547px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you select \u2018PDF\u2019 as an Export Type and then click on the \u2018Export\u2019 button a new window will open. It will contain a new version of the report in PDF format. You may get a prompt to open or save the report, this depends on your Internet Explorer settings. If you select to \u2018Open\u2019 your report, then you will still be able to print. You can also save the report when in Adobe Acrobat Reader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selecting \u2018Excel\u2019 or \u2018CSV\u2019 and then clicking on the Export button will open a similar panel. This will ask you to open or save.
