Please note that you must have the <a href=\"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/guides\/configure-the-office-gateway-app\/#getting-started\">Osprey Gateway &gt;<\/a> installed to perform this action. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Re-Printing may be required if original submissions are rejected and changes need to be made to the original data. Or if the original saved form is lost, or, on odd occasions, excel may error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can simply reprint from the supervisor menu if required. This is instead of having to set all of the class completions back to none and rerun the batch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To reprint, navigate to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Supervisor &gt; Reprint CRM611 Spreadsheet<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will see that you have the option to select a date range for any batches already run. Here you have the option to \u2018Save Online Submission\u2019. As with running via the contract reports area you will need to save the submission locally. This is in readiness to upload to the LAA Portal website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-info wp-block-paragraph\">NB: The submissions date needs to be entered into the CDS6 Summary page. These can Save Online Submission \/ Print CDS 11 \/ Print CDS 6. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spreadsheet Tabs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CDS11 Form<\/strong> &#8211; printable CDS11 form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CDS 6 Form<\/strong> &#8211; printable CDS6 form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CDS11 Data<\/strong> &#8211; Background data for CDS11 Form sheet \u2013 this sheet should not be amended in any way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SPOCC Matter Outcomes<\/strong> &#8211; This is the sheet which is saved as a CSV for the upload to the LAA portal. This must only be amended with caution. This is because the portal requires all of the information to be in exactly the right place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CDS 6 Data<\/strong> &#8211; Background data for CDS6 Form sheet \u2013 this sheet should not be amended in any way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>External Data<\/strong> &#8211; Background data for reporting \u2013 this sheet should not be amended in any way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Summary Data<\/strong> \u2013 Background data for the Summary sheet \u2013 this sheet should not be amended in any way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Summary <\/strong>&#8211; The summary of all the clients being billed and what their final submission worked out at.
