As your firm grows, you may need to add more users to allow them access Osprey. This guide will take you through adding them and ensuring that they have the correct level of access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Reviewing your active users<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to Supervisor > System Setup > Users <\/p>\n\n\n

Click the Configure grid icon<\/p>\n\n\n

Tick Show filter row<\/p>\n\n\n

Choose Checked from the IN USE column filter<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please ignore any users with pracctice.net or ospreyapproach.com in the email address from your count<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that only Supervisor level users will be able to add and amend users, but you will need to contact us to have them activated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add a new user<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Navigate to Supervisor > System Setup > Users > Add User<\/p>\n\n\n
