This will open a new screen where you can select the receipt\/adjustment that you wish to allocate to this bill.  <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"882\" height=\"288\" src=\"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/image-93.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-63809\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/image-93.png 882w, https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/image-93-300x98.png 300w, https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/image-93-768x251.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 882px) 100vw, 882px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you have selected the receipt\/adjustment click save,  and you are returned to the outstanding list for your ledger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Repeat the above until all your receipts\/allocations have been allocated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"h2 wp-block-paragraph\">Allocate Disbursements to a bill<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click on the \u2018Allocate Disbursements\u2019 radio button and then click the select icon on the disbursement you wish to allocate.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"881\" height=\"278\" src=\"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/image-94.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-63814\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/image-94.png 881w, https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/image-94-300x95.png 300w, https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/image-94-768x242.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 881px) 100vw, 881px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can  manually allocate by selecting the disbursement you want to allocate to a bill from the Disbursements Debtors Column.  this will open a new screen where you can select the bill you wish to allocate the disbursement to by clicking the X in the Alloc&#8217;d column.
