{"id":34120,"date":"2021-05-28T14:19:08","date_gmt":"2021-05-28T13:19:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/?post_type=pracctice_guide&#038;p=34120"},"modified":"2024-09-05T11:44:18","modified_gmt":"2024-09-05T10:44:18","slug":"forgotten-password","status":"publish","type":"pracctice_guide","link":"https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/support\/guides\/forgotten-password\/","title":{"rendered":"First Login\/Forgotten Password"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"card\">\n\n    <p class=\"mb-2\"><strong>Who is this guide for?<\/strong><\/p>\n    <p class=\"mb-0\"><i class=\"far fa-user fa-fw mr-2\"><\/i> <strong>Any Users<\/strong><\/p>    \n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">If you are logging into Osprey for the first time, or if you have forgotten your password, this guide will walk through how to reset your login credentials<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"h2 wp-block-paragraph\">Reset your password for Osprey<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-info wp-block-paragraph\">To reset your password, you will need access to your firm&#8217;s Osprey URL, and access this via a web browser.<br>The URL will be https:\/\/<em>yourfirmsname.<\/em>ospreyapproach.com\/main.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it from the login screen on the browser version of Osprey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open any browser and enter your URL into the address bar. Please ensure to check your junk or spam folder if this does not arrive almost instantly. Osprey will now prompt you to change your password to something more memorable.
