This guide will show you how to add standard text descriptions for use throughout Osprey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You may add predefined text to various text entries throughout Osprey. Navigate to Supervisor > Code Setup > Standard Text Descriptions > Add Standard Text Descriptions<\/p>\n\n\n

You will be able to choose the area you wish to add text for<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Account Payee Text<\/strong> – shows the text when typing the Payee for Cheques Required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Client Ledger Posting Text<\/strong> – shows the text when typing the posting description on Client Ledger<\/p>\n\n\n\n

View Note<\/strong> – Can be linked to Views to add more information to views for Questionnaires<\/a> and Extensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Journal Posting Text<\/strong> – shows the text when typing the posting description in Journals<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Matter Description Text<\/strong> – shows the text when typing the Matter Description<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nominal Ledger Posting Text<\/strong> – shows the text when typing the posting description on Nominal Ledger<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purchase Ledger Posting Text<\/strong> – shows the text when typing the posting description on Purchase Ledger<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard Text<\/strong> – shows on the Time Posting Screen to append\/replace Attendance Notes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Standard Text Message<\/strong> – Shows as a template to choose when sending SMS <\/p>\n\n\n
