Word should now open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-info wp-block-paragraph\">If you do not have the gateway installed, you may right-click and choose Run Template &gt; Online Editor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make any changes needed to the document and print it (if necessary). Close the document using the &#8216;X&#8217; in the top-right corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"H2 wp-block-paragraph\">Saving a Document<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have three options for Time Recording.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To post the default letter rate simply select \u2018Save\u2019 with Automatic Time Record selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"643\" height=\"251\" src=\"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/12\/image-127.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-60738\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/12\/image-127.png 643w, https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/12\/image-127-300x117.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 643px) 100vw, 643px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you wish not to post a time entry select Save with No Time Record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If, however, you wish to post your own time entry, untick Automatic Time Record. A posting screen will now appear to allow you to enter the details manually.
