This will also provide you with access to any documents, emails and workflows relevant to the file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">View your current Work Types<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Navigate to Supervisor &gt; Code Setup &gt; Work Types. This field can contain up to 6 characters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Work Description:<\/strong> A user-friendly description of the Work type<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Default Workflow:<\/strong> Select a workflow to be enabled by default.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Published Description:<\/strong> This is the description visible to the client in the client Web Portal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Published?:<\/strong> Matters assigned to this work type are available to be published to the web portal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In Use:<\/strong> Unticking this box will archive the work type, preventing matters being allocated to this area of work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"h2 wp-block-paragraph\">Amending a Work Type<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any details of the Work Type can be edited, with the exception of the Work Type ID.
