If that doesn\u2019t work, you can try repairing it. When you\u2019re done, you might need to restart your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"h2 wp-block-paragraph\">Repairing an Office Application<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-info wp-block-paragraph\">The steps to access the repair tool vary depending on your operating system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may be prompted to provide Windows Administrator credentials to be able to carry out a Microsoft Office repair. We would advise to liaison with your IT team before carrying this out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Right-click the&nbsp;<strong>Windows Start<\/strong>&nbsp;button&nbsp;(lower-left corner) and select&nbsp;<strong>Apps and Features<\/strong>&nbsp;(<strong>Installed apps<\/strong>&nbsp;on Windows 11) on the pop-up menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"210\" height=\"614\" src=\"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/12\/image-216.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-60942\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/12\/image-216.png 210w, https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2023\/12\/image-216-103x300.png 103w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 210px) 100vw, 210px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select the Microsoft Office product you want to repair, click the ellipses (&#8230;), and select\u00a0<strong>Modify<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This will repair the entire Office suite even if it\u2019s just one application you want to repair such as Word or Excel.
