These are known as access templates and will be linked to one or a number of users in the Osprey system. In this guide, we will look at setting these templates up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"h2 wp-block-paragraph\">Add new access templates to allow users different levels of access within Osprey<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By default, you will have the following templates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Supervisor<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Case Worker<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Accounts<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guest<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These can be amended or copied to a new template. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To see a full list of all the access options available click <a href=\"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/guides\/access-template-breakdown\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"h2 wp-block-paragraph\">Add a new access template<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have an access template which covers most of the actions you&#8217;d like your staff member to be able to complete, but you wish to give them slightly more access than other users, you can copy and amend an existing template. Similarly, you can copy an access template, but remove certain access rights for another user. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Firstly, check the access templates you have in use currently. Enter a name for the template which describes the type of access it is for, and if you wish to copy an existing template to make amendments to, tick the Copy Template box and select the template you wish to copy from the drop down list: <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"684\" height=\"320\" src=\"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/1-232.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-65754\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/1-232.png 684w, https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/04\/1-232-300x140.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 684px) 100vw, 684px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Click Save, and a copy of the selected template will be made. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-info wp-block-paragraph\">Please note &#8211; if you choose NOT to copy an existing template, the new template will be given NO access rights at all, and you will need to select each area within Osprey that you wish to grant access to, along with every action available. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, follow the instructions below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"h2 wp-block-paragraph\">Edit an access template<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Navigate to Supervisor &gt; This will now show other areas within that heading which can be ticked or unticked as necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Select each of the areas in turn to choose which actions the users linked to this template will be permitted to perform. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once finished, ensure that you click \u2018Save\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"h2 wp-block-paragraph\">Change the access rights for an existing user<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can change the access template for any of your users as follows. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Navigate to Supervisor &gt; System Setup &gt; Users.
