{"id":70433,"date":"2024-11-28T18:12:13","date_gmt":"2024-11-28T18:12:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/?post_type=pracctice_guide&#038;p=70433"},"modified":"2024-12-02T11:48:16","modified_gmt":"2024-12-02T11:48:16","slug":"accessing-your-osprey-sites","status":"publish","type":"pracctice_guide","link":"https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/support\/guides\/accessing-your-osprey-sites\/","title":{"rendered":"Accessing the new era of Osprey"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">This guide will go through accessing the new era of Osprey<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You access the new era of Osprey using a web address similar to: https:\/\/yourfirmsname.ospreyapproach.com\/main\/app\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To help you and your team transition to the new era of Osprey there are 3 ways you can access the upgrade:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All your team will access the new URL immediately<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A chosen group at your firm will access the new URL first to get a feel for the updates and new features before rolling out to the rest of the firm. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;ll have access to a training site, with dummy sample data, to learn and use new era without your own data. The URL for this option will be similar to: https:\/\/yourfirmsname.ospreyapproach.com\/training\/app\/<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are in control of which option you&#8217;d prefer and your client success manager will be able to guide you through and schedule training where required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To ensure Osprey operates effectively, please ensure that your PC has been configured in line with our instructions. You must <a href=\"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/guides\/clear-temporary-files-folder\/\">CLEAR YOUR CACHE<\/a>, to ensure the new era updates work effectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"h2 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Accessing your sites<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prior to accessing new era of Osprey, we would ask that you do some basic site configuration. This will often be carried out for you by your IT team. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our PC setup guide can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/guides\/configure-your-pc-users\/\">here &gt;<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can access new era of Osprey from any internet browser. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"h2 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Logging In<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first screen will be your login screen.
