It is possible to type what you are looking for in full or in part. The search supports the following client-matter format SMI001\/1, SMI001-1 or SMI001_1.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"422\" height=\"190\" src=\"https:\/\/support.ospreyapproach.com\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/image-24.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-70471\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/image-24.png 422w, https:\/\/ospreyapproach2022.wireddemo.co.uk\/content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/image-24-300x135.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 422px) 100vw, 422px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By choosing Refine your search you can further filter the results found, as well as amending the layout of the columns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To turn on the filter row, click the column chooser icon, and tick the Show Filter Row box:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the top right of the search results screen, you can clear any grid filters you have added by clicking the Clear Grid Filters icon:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To select a matter, simply click one of the columns of data for the relevant matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clicking any client information will take you to the Client Details page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clicking any matter information will take you to the Matter Details page<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have enabled the WIP Balance column, clicking this will take you to the Time Recording page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have enabled the Client Balance column, clicking this will take you to the client ledger.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also export your results to Excel\/CSV using the Export button in the top left-hand corner:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter
