This guide will go through this process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osprey can automatically populate the InfoTrack screen with data already captured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"h2 wp-block-paragraph\">Accessing the InfoTrack screen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Navigate to Case Management &gt; InfoTrack.<br>If configured, Osprey will populate any relevant fields. These fields can also be completed manually and edited if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-info wp-block-paragraph\">If you are manually adding details onto the InfoTrack Screen, any data will not be saved if you navigate away. Osprey will also provide an automated email, letting you know that the search results have been returned, and uploaded to the client&#8217;s matter history. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"h2 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Auto Posting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the feature has been enabled by a supervisor, disbursements are posted as an office bank payment posting to the disbursements column of the client&#8217;s ledger on completion of the order. The office bank used will depend on the bank setting saved in Supervisor. The disbursements will be posted with a reference in the format of IT-year-month-day this being the date of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">e.g. on the 29th January 2025 all infotrack disbursements will be posted with a reference of <strong>IT-2025-01-29<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accounts users will be able to use this reference to group tick all orders for any particular day in the office bank.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Should Osprey not be able to post the entry automatically for any reason, you will receive an email advising you the order was placed but that the auto posting failed, you will then need to post it manually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Osprey Approach offers integration with InfoTrack, allowing you to run InfoTrack searches and have results automatically uploaded back into the Matter History.
